Kindell May has led our Social Committee for the past six (6) years but has decided it is time for someone else to assume this role. It is with great appreciation for her selfless service that the Board thanks her for the many years leading the Social Committee. Please take time over the next few days to let Kindell know how much you appreciate the hard work she devoted to these HOA events.

Joel Anglin has accepted the challenge and will be looking for several energetic residents to join him as he and his wife Lauren begin planning for our Pool Opening and 4th of July events. If you would like to work with Joel or have any suggestions that might improve our events, please contact Joel. Joel has shared several innovative and exciting ideas for events and I am sure that is just the beginning.

Again, Thank you to Kindell and a sincere welcome to Joel & Lauren.Type your paragraph here.

Apalachee Heritage is a swim/tennis community of 420 homes located in the heart of fabulous Dacula, GA. We are a "conservation community" which means we have over 80 acres of HOA owned land surrounding our community that is protected by a "Deed of Conservation Easement" which is held by Georgia Piedmont Land Trust. This wraps our community with a greenspace buffer area and it provides us with 3 miles of hiking trails which wind along the banks of the Apalachee River for a good part of the way. Apalachee Heritage has mandatory Home Owners Association membership. In addition, our covenants have been amended for submission to the provisions of the State of Georgia's Property Owners Association Act making us in compliance with and governed by the P.O.A. Act.
